Tasks
- Plan cadre and senior physician consultation hours, call patients by telephone and in writing
- Leading the agenda
- Prepare patients for the consultation hours, including measuring blood pressure
- Assist in special examinations at the office hours
- Support assistant doctors in emergency consultation hours
- Billing services of the office hours patients and concluding cases
- Smaller transport services and take over the post
- Communicating by telephone with family doctors, referees and insurance companies
- Prepare consultation hours, organize medical histories and reports
- Cleaning and maintaining the office
- Blood sampling, vaccinations, i.m. and s.c. injections as well as urine controls, bringing samples to the laboratory
- Control and manage materials
- Maintain medical histories and KG archives
- Helping to maintain the aquarium Requirements
- Completed training as medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant EFZ or as a specialist health EFZ
- Availability on fixed working days Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Knowledge of Word and Excel, experience with Phoenix
- Friendly, sensitive and professional appearance as well as pronounced patient orientation
- Independent, careful and reliable work with a high sense of responsibility
