Medical/practice assistant (80–100%) – Zurich (with a perspective of Zurich-Oerlikon)
Your everyday work
- You are the first contact person for our patients and ensure a trusting atmosphere
- You organize and coordinate everyday practice efficiently and forward-looking
- You actively support our doctors in the consultation hours
- You independently carry out laboratory diagnostics
- You implement medical orders reliably
- You take over the telephone management and coordinate appointments professionally
- You complete administrative tasks and ensure clean documentation

- Completed training as MPA, FaGe or medical secretary
- Professional experience in the medical environment is beneficial
- Safe handling of MS Office (practical software knowledge is a plus)
- Joy in dealing with people and a high level of empathy
- Structured, independent and responsible functioning
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing

Requirements
Completed training as an MPA, FaGe, or medical secretary
Professional experience in the medical field is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office (specific practice software knowledge is a plus)
High level of empathy and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills, independence, and responsibility
Good knowledge of the German language (spoken and written)
Friendly, service-oriented, reliable, and well-organized personality
