The Center for Integrative Oncology (ZIO) offers a holistic assessment, treatment and care concept for patients with tumor and blood diseases. Patients are looked after individually in a trusting atmosphere by an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and therapists. Diagnostic and therapy strategies are designed according to the latest findings and discussed in detail with the patients. As part of Integrative Oncology, we combine modern oncological therapies with complementary medicine at the locations in Zurich, Winterthur, Richterswil and Glarus. In order to strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement:
Medical/practical assistant/in 80-100 %
Your responsibilities
- You organize, accompany and support our office hours in a harmonious and well-structured way – with a lot of heart and dedication
- You ensured a warm and smooth patient reception and are the first point of contact for our patients, who are always in good hands with you
- You will independently carry out laboratory diagnostics and help to gain important insights for medical care.
- You implement the medically ordered diagnostic and therapeutic measures professionally and thus contribute to a holistic healing
Your skills
- You have completed training as a medical assistant or health specialist – and you feel at home in this profession
- You master MS Office confidently and have experience in using practice software (e.g. Axenita), which makes your work easier
- You speak good German, foreign language skills are a welcome bonus
- You show high flexibility and resilience and are always service-oriented
- You are communicative, open to patients and always professional
