For our practice, integrated in the hospital Männedorf, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement *n Senior Medical Assistant 100%
Tasks
- Leading the MPA team and operational planning
- Main responsibility for the planning, organization and preparation of office hours incl. Patient reception and care
- Preparation of urological examinations and assistance in examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, etc.)
- Independent performance of blood sampling, urine analysis and injections
- Optimisation of processes
- Reception work such as appointments, reception of patients, operation of telephone, etc.
- Performance controlling
- General office work, termination
Conditions
- Completed medical/practice assistant training EFZ and several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience, further education as an MPK beneficial
- TARDOC knowledge
- Good MS-Office user knowledge
- Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and teamwork ability
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Experience with the Axenita operating system is advantageous (not mandatory)
