Yooji’s Manufaktur, which is part of Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of the Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs more than 90 people. Various delicacies are pre-made every day and delivered to Yooji's restaurants and stores several times a day. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the factory. ZENBU products such as Sushi, Poké, Onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly from Coop throughout Switzerland. Do you want to be part of our team? Tasks

• Prepare and provide Mise en Place
• Active participation in the warm and cold kitchen
• Perfect production of kitchen products according to communicated daily requirements in compliance with current processes
• Compliance with recipes and quality assurance
• Compliance with and control of hygiene standards in the area of responsibility
• Miscellaneous cleaning and cleaning work

Requirements

• Professional experience as an auxiliary cook
• Experience in the event and banquet sector is an advantage
• Clean and forward working methods
• Enjoying structured processes
• Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday services
• German skills at A2 level, English skills are advantageous
