You work between Monday and Sunday in a 60% workload from 08:00 to 17:00, 11:00 to 20:00 or from 15:00 to 23:00. Your area of activity:

• Creation of the Mise en Place on the assigned post
• Production of food at the assigned post (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier, etc.)
• Employees at caterings, aperos and special events
• Acceptance of goods and management of the warehouse
• Introducing ideas for menu design
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in assigned posts
• Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
• Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
