Your tasks

• You organize and manage the medical secretariat and ensure smooth office management.
• You lead and support a subordinate employee and promote their professional and personal development
• You play a central role in recruiting and hiring medical staff
• You are responsible for the entire reporting system and ensure timely and high-quality documentation.
• You ensure compliance with all work processes and procedures, work closely with internal interfaces such as IT and HR and are actively involved in their further development.
• You coordinate and plan patient-related appointments as well as dispositions and ensure an efficient process.
• You manage the agenda of the chief doctor and also keep an overview in a dynamic work day.
• You support the chief physician in various administrative and organizational tasks as well as in courses, conferences and benefits events.
• You carry out challenging external clarifications independently and ensure professional communication with internal and external contacts.

Your profile

• You have an education as an MPA, medical secretary with a federal professional card or a commercial basic education with hospital experience
• A further training as a directorate assistant with eidg. FA or similar higher education and experience in a similar function are advantageous
• Your proactive, holistic personality with networked and cross-divisional thinking as well as strong communication skills round off your profile
• Thanks to your coordination skills, organizational skills and assertiveness, you are ready for this demanding function.
