For the Senevita orchard in Affoltern am Albis we are looking for both a protected living area and a mixed department by immediately or by agreement a reliable and motivated person as an assistant health EBA or nursing assistant / in SRK 60-100 % What you do In a living area of our house you take on these tasks yourself:
- Professional and individual basic care and care of residents on the conceptual basis of the model of promoting process care and the predefined care planning
- Support of the nursing specialist and assistant persons in the implementation of nursing care measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process
- Supportive cooperation in hotel services (cleaning work, food service, etc.)
- Careful and seamless management of care documentation
What you distinguish yourself with
- Completed training as nursing assistant or health assistant EBA
- Experience in long-term care and dealing with the elderly
- User knowledge of the software CareCoach (maintenance documentation) is an advantage
- Empathetic and resilient personality with high commitment
- Good written and oral German skills
