The Generali Restaurant in Adliswil consists of the restaurant “Al Leone” and a cafeteria with a total of over 400 seats. Every day over 450 guests are catered for in the restaurant. In addition, individual caterings are also carried out on request. True to the ZFV philosophy, freshly cooked locally with regional and ecologically well-produced and fair trade food. Are you our new team member who supports us as an auxiliary cook: (80%) immediately or by appointment? You work from Monday to Thursday in an 80% workload. Your area of activity:
- Preparation of various sandwiches
- Production of the various salads and the care of the salad buffet
- Cooperation in the cold kitchen
- Cooperation in the preparation of hot food
- Creating the Mise en place
- Completion of general clean-up and cleaning tasks
- Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
