Full description
The «Flavour Kitchen» restaurant is located in the VZ Werd building in Zurich and invites its guests to linger in an urban setting. In the restaurant with its counter-service concept, our guests can enjoy freshly prepared seasonal daily bowls as well as the popular signature dishes and be convinced by our wide range of vegetarian and vegan offerings. At the coffee bar, we pamper our guests with first-class barista coffee and fresh baked goods inspired by John Baker. The restaurant has 150 seats and a terrace with 80 seats. Are you our new team member who will support us as a kitchen assistant (60%) starting immediately or by agreement? You will work at 60% on an hourly wage basis from Monday to Friday, generally from 07:00 to 15:00, from 09:00 to 15:00 or from 10:00 to 16:00, although working hours may vary for catering events.
Your task menu
- Working at the assigned station in the cold and hot kitchen
- Preparing the salad buffet
- Preparing the mise en place
- Ensuring replenishment at the menu lines
- Cleaning the restaurant, including the toilets
- Assisting in the dishwashing kitchen
- Assisting with catering events
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the working environment
- Carrying out general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with quality standards and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.)
