- You take over the personnel management of the third-party-funded employees of the Clinic of Cardiology
- You are responsible for forwarding and invoicing in third-party fund management
- You actively work on projects for the further development and optimization of structures, processes and processes within the clinic and independently take over subprojects
- You contribute to financial and HR analyses, evaluations, reporting and controlling tasks and prepare relevant decision bases for clinic management

- You support clinic management in day-to-day operations, especially in the case of holiday absences and other absences
- You have very good German and English skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Healthcare experience is beneficial
