On our interdisciplinary private station, you can expect a versatile coordination function with great personal responsibility. You are the organizational hub of the station and contribute significantly to a smooth station everyday life with your organizational talent. Together with a committed interprofessional team, you make an important contribution to the high-quality care of our patients.

Are you our new team member?

• You coordinate the administrative processes around entrances, exits, relocations, examinations and transports of our patients: inside. In addition, you coordinate appointments and clarifications and ensure that important information is passed on to the responsible persons in good time.
• The organizational introduction of new employees is also part of your area of responsibility. You ensure that checklists, accesses, phones and relevant information are fully available
• Pharmacy and material management is your responsibility. In addition, you coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment and work closely with the responsible support areas
• You recognize potential for improvement, bring your own ideas and actively help to make processes clearer and more efficient. In quieter phases, you also support the team outside the secretariat and help where your help is needed
• You work independently, dutifully and reliably, keep track of several parallel tasks, take on responsibility, think ahead and consistently implement agreed tasks. You approach people openly, communicate clearly and enjoy working with different professional groups. You address ambiguities respectfully and enjoy initiating changes and establishing new processes in everyday life.
• You have completed your training as a health professional / health professional
• Good knowledge of German as well as a safe handling of MS-Office and digital work equipment round off your profile
• Your working hours are from 07:15 to 16:15, mainly from Monday to Friday
