Main responsibilities
- Preparation of the warm and cold food offer at the Asia Counter
- Menu output as well as operation and advice of our guests
- Management of buffets and display cases as well as attractive presentation of goods
- Various Mise en Place Work in the respective work area
- Compliance with HACCP hygiene guidelines and GMZ quality standards Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience: as an Asian cook/chef
- Completed basic or further education: In gastronomy
- High affinity for Asian cuisine and cooking experience in this area
- Flexible operational readiness between Monday and Saturday in different shifts (early and late services) Efficient and orderly functioning
- Motivated, service-oriented and humorous team player personality German (good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
