Main responsibilities
- Preparation of authentic Asian dishes according to our recipes
- Ensuring consistently high quality of the food
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen
- Team-oriented collaboration with the kitchen team
- Shared responsibility for orders, goods receipt and warehouse management
- Carrying out cleaning work in accordance with HACCP guidelines Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a cook, preferably in Asian cuisine
- Affinity for system catering and enjoyment of structured processes
- Independent personality with passion for the cooking profession and Enjoy contact with guests
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
