Doctor's Secretary — Kantonsspital Winterthur (KSW)

Role overview

Our clinic secretariat is responsible for various organizational units within the Clinical Area A.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated new teammate or a dedicated new teammate.

Tasks

• Writing, editing and sending medical reports as well as administrative consultation of various medical organizational units
• Written and telephone contact with internal and external bodies, doctors, practices and clinics
• Administrative support of the emergency medical team
• Allg.

Secretarial tasks including representations within the entire team

• Performance reporting and controlling tasks Profile:
• You bring a basic medical or commercial training and a further education to the doctor's secretary/secretary of doctors with
• Your professional experience in health and your well-founded knowledge in terminology will help you get into the new task
• Your friendly, service-oriented and communicative way makes it easy for you to communicate and act with internal and external bodies as well as the doctorate at a professional level
• Your IT user knowledge is versed and beneficial (have you already gained experience in KISIM and Navision)
