You can expect a versatile field of work in the fields of plastic surgery, hand surgery and combustion surgery as well as a modern workplace in the heart of the city of Zurich. You benefit from regular working hours from Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) and the opportunity to continuously develop your professional skills.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • You are responsible for controlling, correcting and sending out operations, exit and office hours reports • You independently process insurance enquiries and cost codes • You act as the first contact person for patients: inside, family doctor: inside, health insurance funds, insurance companies as well as internal inquiries and are responsible for the administration of the secretarial mailbox and hotline • They perform the billing of recipes and reports • In the absence of teamwork: you take on deputy tasks • You do various other secretarial work independently • Together with the management, you will further develop the processes and processes Requirements • You have training as a medical practice assistant or medical and hospital secretary / medical and hospital secretary • You already have professional experience as a medical assistant: or medical and hospital secretary: • You have good IT knowledge (MS-Office, KISIM knowledge of advantage) and enjoy administrative work • You are an open, independent, team-capable, service- and customer-oriented personality • Fluent German and English skills in word and writing are required.
