For our interdisciplinary intensive care unit at the Cantonal Hospital Münsterlingen, we are looking for a medical director of intensive care at the earliest possible or by appointment (Chief Doctor / Senior Doctor) 100% The interdisciplinary 12-bed intensive care unit is part of the clinic AIOS (anaesthesia, intensive care, surgery center & pain medicine).
Every year, around 900 patients are treated by a highly motivated and competent team.
For this purpose, a highly modern infrastructure is available in terms of construction and equipment.

- You take over specialist, organizational and administrative medical management of the Interdisciplinary Intensive Care Unit
- Responsibility for high-quality intensive care patient care in accordance with the certification requirements of the professional society
- In partnership with the departmental management care and based on the values of our company, you lead the teams and the interdisciplinary cooperation of the intensive care unit
- They ensure an integrative cooperation with the clinics, the anesthesia department and the intensive care unit at the Frauenfeld site.
- They participate in both the service operation in the intensive care unit and the cadre background service for intensive care medicine and anesthesia
- You support the strategic and professional development of intensive care medicine at Spital Thurgau AG
- Specialist in intensive care medicine (FMH) and additionally specialist in anesthesiology (FMH or recognised in Switzerland)
