Tasks

• In this function, you are responsible for the installation and insulation work on our rails, tram switches, intersections, rail extension devices and rail lubrication systems.
• In addition, you carry out maintenance work on the insulation for railway equipment, e.g. track construction sites.
• You will develop challenging, technical and logistical solutions for loading the semi-trailers for the special transport of the track systems to the respective track construction sites.
• You operate our special machines: various crane systems, truck truck Cat. R1, drawbar, welding equipment, rail bending machine and rail band saw.
• You communicate with the foreman, polisher or construction manager regarding the execution of the assembly and insulation work.
• You are ready for sporadic special missions, e.g. on track construction sites in the city in wind and weather, sometimes weekend and night services take place.
• Furthermore, you collect data for working hours, spare parts, orders and material reservations in SAP.
• We count on your support in the winter service panel, which takes place rarely and alternately with teammates.

Profile

• You bring a completed vocational training in the metal industry, and ideally you can also use MAG welding.
• You are flexible and ready for use, resilient, and physically very fit - we sometimes have irregular working hours.
• Mandatory driving license category B. If you can operate the Cat. R1 truck and hall cranes, that would be a plus.
• You enjoy working in a team, being independent, reliable and acting independently.
• You bring a sense of responsibility and concentration even in sometimes monotonous work.
• Your German is at least at level B2.

Wonderful, then we are happy to make you a fair wage offer, which is between 74'000 and 85'000 francs annual wage or 80,000. 5'700 and 6'540 francs monthly wage will be (100% pension). Often also applications of talents are interesting, which do not yet completely meet all requirements or, on the other hand, bring above-average knowledge and experience. In these cases, initial wages are also easily below or above this range.
