Full description

We are looking for a creative maker for the implementation of fast, simple and effective creations. In Migros’ Inhouse Creation, you design communication tools for promotions, themed weeks, POS, sponsorship and campaign extension. You move safely between graphics, adaptations and AI-supported creation and implement ideas efficiently and pragmatically.

Mansioni

• Design and adaptation of digital and analogue advertising media (Digital Ads, Print, POS)
• Implementation of thematic worlds, promotions and seasonal communication measures
• Adaptation of campaigns for different channels and formats
• Creating simple motion assets as well as image editing, retouching and key visuals
• Use of AI tools for efficient production of visuals and variants
• Independent implementation of briefings in close cooperation with concept, text, video and brand management

Requirements

• Professional experience (junior and mid-level): in a similar capacity
• Completed basic or advanced training: in the field of graphic design, visual communication, media or similar practice
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Good knowledge and pleasure in using AI for image, layout and creation processes
• Understanding brand management and an eye for clear and effective design
• After Effects Knowledge
• German (flowing)
