The cardiac catheter laboratory of the Clinic of Cardiology is a highly specialized area in which complex and often time-critical procedures are performed on a daily basis. For the clinical operation to function smoothly, a strong administrative hub is needed. As departmental secretary, you assume a central coordination function and work closely with the medical profession, nurses and other professional groups. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Tasks

• You support the departmental management in the clinical and administrative day-to-day business of the invasive and acute cardiology sector as well as in overall clinical tasks
• Together with the cadre doctors, you coordinate the patient: interior management and ensure a smooth process in the heart catheter laboratory
• The operational planning of the cadre physicians and the capacity planning of the cardiac catheter laboratories are your responsibility.
• As part of a well-established four-member administration team, you take over the deputy of the departmental secretariats Rhythmology and Structural Heart Disease and contribute to a successful cooperation within the clinic
• With your basic commercial training EFZ (E-profile), ideally supplemented by further training in the commercial or medical sector, you bring the best conditions
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working distinguish you, even in a dynamic environment you keep an overview
• Very good MS Office skills, digital affinity as well as stylish German and good English skills round off your profile
