In this exciting role, you are on the road every day to serve existing customers and find new businesses and opportunities. You are responsible for the focus areas Central Switzerland (LU, ZG, SZ, UR, OW, NW) as well as other regions to be determined – ideally You at home there too.
- Finding business opportunities by identifying potential customers and evaluating their position in the industry
- Research and analysis of sales options
- sales of products by contacting and building relationships with potential customers
- Recommendation of individual solutions and cross-selling
- maintaining relationships with existing customers through support, information and advice
- Explore and recommend new ways to maintain and grow their businesses
- Collection of sales and project information in Salesforce and regular feedback to the sales manager
- Analysis of the current market situation and traders in the defined areas
- Identification of product improvements or new products based on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Completed apprenticeship as a baker, confectioner, confectioner or similar
- Additional training in sales and/or commerce

- Knowledge of Swiss trade channels (mass market and traditional trade)
