- Care development: Active participation and further development of your area according to the principles of care at USZ.
- Education & junior staff: Securing the educational mission and promoting education, further education and further training.
Company and context
- Design & Change: Active participation in transformation processes as well as in the further development of structures, processes and organizational forms. Requirements
- They have a degree at FH/HF level in the area of nursing as well as further management training at MAS or MSc level.
- In addition, you bring an NDS in intensive care, anesthesia or emergency care or have appropriate experience in the surgical field.
- They bring at least five years of top-level management experience in a hospital and have successfully led teams across multiple hierarchical levels.
- Strategy development and change management are familiar and lived skills for you.
- They have an established network in the hospital sector as well as in the wider health environment.
