- You have completed a degree in architecture (ETH/FH) and have many years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of demanding, preferably public, construction projects.
- Thanks to your broad experience across all project phases, you assess structural solutions holistically and with a clear eye for quality, practicality and feasibility.
- At the same time, you benefit from a broad network and professional exchange with specialists within the building construction authority.
Key requirements
- You have completed a degree in architecture (ETH/FH) and have many years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of demanding, preferably public, construction projects.
- Thanks to your broad experience across all project phases, you assess structural solutions holistically and with a clear eye for quality, practicality and feasibility.
- You have in-depth knowledge of construction cost planning and assessment and understand the essential real estate economics.
- You advise different stakeholders competently, communicate in an appropriate manner and represent your professional assessment convincingly and comprehensibly.
- You have a confident expression in German and get to the heart of complex issues precisely, even in writing.
