As part of the zKIS/EPIC program, you are actively involved in the introduction of a new clinic information system at the University Hospital Zurich. The project is one of the central digitalization initiatives of the USZ and helps to standardize clinical processes, improve cooperation and sustainably support the everyday work of employees.A dynamic environment with high impact awaits you, in which you actively participate, take on responsibility and together with an interdisciplinary team realize a future-oriented solution for the USZ.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • Ensure that all technical and technical aspects combine to form a consistent overall solution in the Epic system • You are responsible for the overall architectural view and ensure that systems, processes and data models fit together • You work closely with different areas in the project as well as IT (e.g. interfaces, devices, migration, BI, infrastructure) • You support the team in the implementation of consistent and integrated processes • You ensure a clean data and system architecture and accompany its further development • You support in testing and in the introduction of suitable test concepts and tools • You recognize technical and conceptual risks at an early stage and contribute to finding solutions in the project Requirements • You have extensive experience in architectural topics, especially in the areas of data, interfaces and system integration • You think pragmatically and holistically and can connect complex technical and technical connections • You are ready to delve deep into new topics and participate beyond your own core competence • You work solution-oriented, creative and keep an overview even in complex situations • You have no fear of touch at the interface between department, IT and infrastructure • You communicate clearly and bring strong counselling and mediation skills • You are resilient and can also work structured under high project complexity We offer: You will be given the opportunity to develop professionally and personally in a complex transformation project and take on responsibility with direct effect on the digital change in everyday hospital life.
