Are you ready for an apprenticeship as a Health Care Specialist? Get your EFZ through training in care. With us, you start a varied and meaningful apprenticeship with a future, because as a Health Care Specialist, you will be supported from day one in a supportive work environment where you can help people and be accompanied and supported by our experienced trainers.

For the Tertianum Sonnenplatz house in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for you starting August 1, 2026 for the apprenticeship as a Health Care Specialist EFZ.

What you will learn with us

• Care, support, and accompaniment of guests in everyday and challenging situations
• Assistance with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing and undressing, eating and drinking
• Medical procedures such as measuring blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, taking blood, changing dressings, and much more
• Daily accompaniment of guests with games, crafts, singing, etc.
• Housekeeping, administrative, and logistical tasks
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety regulations
• Electronic care documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed secondary education (secondary school A or B) with good school performance
• Great willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and patience, as well as interest in dealing with our guests
• Helpful, sociable, and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in varied challenges and practical work
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
