Apprenticeship in CFC System Restoration

Our goal: to form the succession!

For our restaurant we are looking for an apprentice manager in the restoration of CFC system.

SWC learning is a 3-year training course for motivated people to acquire a global vision of the profession, to gradually develop responsibilities and to evolve in the long term in system restoration.

Profile

This training is for you if

• You've finished your compulsory education.
• You have a good command of French (oral and written)
• You value teamwork and customer contact
• You show reliability, organization and autonomy
• You can keep an overview, even in rhythmic situations
• You have a fast learning ability and a good analytical mind
• You show an interest in processes, quality and performance
• Order, cleanliness and respect for rules are important to you

Your future job

As an apprentice in the restoration of the CFC system, you will benefit from a complete and varied training, combining practice in the field and in-depth theoretical learning.

You will learn to

• Prepare products and serve customers according to high quality standards
• Organize the work and collaborate effectively within the team
• Understand and apply restaurant work processes
• Ensure quality assurance, hygiene and safety
• Gradually assuming more responsibility for different positions

With the advancement of your training, you will also be initiated to:

• Work planning and team organisation
• Cost control and resource management
• The basics of marketing and customer satisfaction
• Principles of personnel management

Your training

SWC training lasts 3 years and includes

• Practical training directly in a restaurant
• Professional courses to deepen your theoretical knowledge
• Business-to-business courses to link theory to practice

Your Federal Certificate of Capacity (FCC) is a solid foundation for your professional future at McDonalds or in the catering sector.
