1. Training year

• You participate in our two-day welcome day with all learners from Switzerland.

• You get to know the routines in the store

• You will be supported in the vocational school and in the sales discussion with customers to shine.

• You receive responsibility for certain tasks in the branch

• You will become a sales professional with the support of your vocational trainer

• You will be trained in ordering goods and warehouse management and help with promotions and seasonal placements.
