For the three-year training as a specialist health EFZ, which is completed with a federal certificate of ability (EFZ), we are looking for 9. August 2027 motivated learners for our locations in Zurich and / or Rheinau (border to Schaffhausen)

Their tasks
- Participation in care and care tasks under guidance
- Building skills in communication, conversation and relationship management
- Learning of administrative, logistical and medical activities
- Accompaniment of people with mental illnesses in different life and crisis situations
- Co-creation of the therapeutic environment, everyday situations and activation offers
- Completion of upper secondary level A or good upper secondary level B
- Very good knowledge of German (level C1) and good understanding of Swiss dialect
- Pronounced motivation for working with people with mental illnesses as well as the diverse tasks in psychiatric care
- Mature personality and physical and psychological resilience
- High communication ability, openness to new things and joy in working in a team
- Varied training on three different psychiatric wards (adult psychiatry, old-age psychiatry, therapy wards, child psychiatry and forensics)
- In-house training on psychiatry-specific topics and the development of practical action skills in dealing with mentally ill people
