Our stores are at the center of what we do. As a retail apprentice (with a focus on creating shopping experiences), whether EBA or EFZ, you contribute to the success of your Lidl store. • Operating cash registers and preparing cash reconciliations

• Ensuring freshness, quality and cleanliness

• Stocking goods and presenting merchandise

• Checking incoming goods in the warehouse and supporting your team during inventory counts

• Supporting the planning and implementation of promotions and seasonal displays

• Determining stock requirements and ordering goods in the 3rd year of apprenticeship (EFZ)

• Taking on initial shift management duties in the 3rd year of apprenticeship (EFZ)

Your profile

• An average to very good lower-secondary school-leaving qualification

• A foreign language at A1 level for EBA and at least A2 for EFZ

• Enjoyment of interacting with people

• Ability to work independently and a quick grasp

• Teamwork, reliability and a sense of responsibility

• Willingness to learn and commitment

• Physical resilience

• Very good command of German
