In the See-Spital Horgen we have to assign the following apprenticeship place at the beginning of the apprenticeship 2027 Apprenticeship as a kitchen employee*r EBA 100%
Your area of responsibility
- During your two-year apprenticeship, you will gain practical experience in the exciting gastronomy of the See-Spital.
- They actively work in the large kitchen and support the preparation of hot and cold food for patients, employees and visitors.
- On the various posts Entremetier, Saucier, Gardemanger and Patisserie you will get to know the basic techniques of the kitchen.
- In addition to the craft activities in the kitchen, you will learn the hygiene basics for food production

- Secondary education level B or C
- Joy in dealing with food and cooking
- Physical resilience, since most of the work is done while standing.
- Strong communication and team skills
