Do you want to learn a profession with a heart? At EPI WohnWerk, more than 200 adults live with a disability. You help them live a beautiful life. Every day is different and exciting!

Tasks

• Support people in everyday life: You work permanently in a residential group. You will help the residents with their daily personal care (e.g. washing, brushing their teeth) and wearing and undressing.
• Observe health: You learn how people are healthy. For example, you measure the pulse, blood pressure or body weight and tell the team if something changes.
• Food and drink: You help prepare the meals. You help the residents eat and make sure they drink enough.
• Order and logistics: You ensure that the rooms and the apartment group are clean and cozy. You help to order and supply materials (such as care items) or food.
• Free time and companionship: You accompany people in their everyday life – whether during a walk, playing or other group activities.
• Safety and hygiene: You will learn how to use tools (e.g. wheelchairs) safely and how to keep everything hygienically clean.

Requirements

• School: You have finished the Sek B or C.
• Age: You are at least 15 years old when the teaching begins.
• Joy: You like working with people. If you've ever sniffed, that's great!
• Personality: You are reliable, nice and enjoy working in a team.
• Working hours: You know that we also work in the evening or on weekends (shift work).
