Are you enthusiastic about daily contact with people and do you love advising and selling? Then an apprenticeship in retail is exactly right for you! During the three-year basic vocational training, you will acquire the skills you need for a successful start in the diverse world of retail at Post. Your training position is in Zurich or Glattbrugg.

Your apprenticeship
- As the face of Post, you are in daily contact with our customers at the branch and advise them on the full range of physical and digital products at the counter and on the sales floor.
- Accepting letters and parcels, processing deposits and withdrawals, selling products and services or providing needs-based advice – your tasks are varied and diverse.
- Post is increasingly positioning itself as a service centre for partner companies such as insurance companies, banks and health insurers – here you have the opportunity to acquire additional industry knowledge.
- The range of products and services in the branches also includes offerings related to topics such as living, gifting and experiences – you are right in the middle of things when it comes to supporting national and regional campaigns and creating diverse shopping experiences for customers.
- You have the opportunity to acquire and deepen your professional skills within a team and at various branches.
- In inter-company and internal classes, you link theory with practical experience.
