You are an artisanal multi-talent, take care of the maintenance in and around our buildings, maintain the outdoor facilities and take care of the cleaning. You also dispose of the waste properly.
Tasks
- You keep buildings, outdoors and green areas in order.
- You monitor the house technology, regulate heating systems and repair disturbances.
- You take on simpler repairs, masonry, painter and carpentry work.
- You replace light sources, door locks and fuses and control electrical and water installations.
- You are maintaining tools, equipment and machines.

- Compulsory schooling completed

About us
The Foundation for Retirement Apartments of the City of Zurich SAW currently operates 36 settlements with more than 2000 affordable apartments for people aged 60 and over. It supports its tenants with everyday, social and nursing services and thus enables them a high quality of life into old age. By 2035, the SAW plans to put further settlements with around 1000 additional apartments into operation.
