To complement our team at the Winterthur location, we are looking for you as a learner/specialist customer dialogue as of August 2027, Winterthur That moves you:
- You are the first point of contact to represent the company Wincasa to the outside world and accept various customer concerns about living (by phone or e-mail) and process them in German and French.
- In doing so, you efficiently record customer interactions in our database
- Within the framework of the defined competencies, you solve the concerns in the first contact
- Concerns that are not in your area of competence, you forward in a structured manner to our branches throughout Switzerland
- You take over the hub function between craftsmen, managers and tenants Therefore you succeed:
