Role overview

• Ensuring the stable and user-oriented operation of our Clinical Information System (KIS)
• Coordination of master data, workflows, forms, permissions and system parameters
• Interface management between departments, IT, providers and manufacturers
• Accompanying changes, releases, tests and system adjustments
• Support for key users and users in technical issues as well as creation of documentation and training documents
• Collaboration in KIS projects, process optimization and topics related to data protection and information security

• Completed education or training in computer science, medical informatics, business informatics or equivalent specialisation
• Experience in supporting applications, ideally in healthcare
• Knowledge of application operations, support and change and test management
• Understanding clinical processes, interfaces and data flows
• Service-oriented, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Communication strength and pleasure in working with different stakeholders
