Tasks

• Support and further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Requirements collection and implementation: Working closely with the specialist departments for analysis, specification and parameterization by the existing system supplier
• Perceiving coordination tasks between application users and computer science
• Advice to users regarding functionalities as well as information about faults, application reports and planned interruptions
• Interface management: Collaboration with external system suppliers to ensure a smooth process connection to other systems
• Support digitalization projects: Active participation in projects for process digitization, including automation and optimization of business processes

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Microsoft SQL
• Rapid comprehension and strong technical understanding
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a strong service mentality
• First touch points with Power BI and Power Automate are advantageous
