Become part of a key project at the heart of a comprehensive CRM/CLM transformation. As an Application Support & Run-the-Bank Specialist, you ensure the stability and performance of the existing application landscape and at the same time act as a central interface between the departments, operations and the migration program. With your expertise, you help to maintain a smooth day-to-day operation, solve complex production problems and ensure the necessary transparency about processes, data and system functions.

This position offers a unique combination of operational application support, data analytics and stakeholder management. With your know-how in SQL and Production Support, you make a direct contribution to data quality, operational excellence and successful migration to a sustainable platform. You will work closely with development teams, architects and business stakeholders from across the organization.

What would your activities be?

• Ensure stable operation of the existing CRM/CLM application during the migration phase.
• Analysis, processing and tracking of incidents, service requests and professional inquiries.
• Ensure data quality and stability of existing business processes.
• Support the departments with questions about data, processes and system functionalities.
• Close collaboration with developers, architecture teams and external service providers.
• Documentation of existing business processes, data structures and system logics as the basis for the migration to the target platform.
• Analysis of production problems as well as identification of causes using logfile analyses, SQL queries and data analyses.
• Support for audits, regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to the inventory system.
• Ensure controlled parallel operation of the old and target systems until complete replacement.

What are we looking for?

• Several years of experience in application management, application support or business application support.
• In-depth knowledge of incident, problem and change management.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing applications, business processes and data models.
• Experience in the analysis and resolution of operational production problems.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• High service and customer orientation in dealing with specialist areas and stakeholders.
• Analysis of data errors and user problems at the database level.
• Conduct ad hoc evaluations for departments, project teams and management stakeholders.
• Support for incident and problem analysis through SQL-based root cause analysis.
• Comparison, coordination and validation of data between the old and the target system.
• Development and implementation of data validations to ensure data quality in operation and during migration.
• Secure handling of relational databases and SQL queries for analysis and support tasks.
• Experience with logfile analyses and data quality checks is beneficial.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to work with AI tools.
