Application process
- Ensure the operation of all medical applications in the fields of radiology, nuclear medicine, pathology and laboratory medicine, responsible for 2nd level support and promote their continuous development in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Accepting requirements from the specialist areas, analysing processes and actively shaping optimizations and practical solutions in the clinical environment
- Coordinate changes, service requests, releases, tests, rollouts and training and ensure a structured, high-quality and practical implementation in the clinical environment
- Actively shape interfaces, integrations and data flows, introduce requirements in demand and requirements management and promote knowledge exchange and documentation within the team Requirements
- have completed studies or training in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics as well as experience in application management, business analysis or process management;
- Knowledge of healthcare as well as interface and integration management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of English or experience in professional exchange in English is desirable
- Think in a networked way, identify optimization potential in complex processes and translate technical requirements into practical solutions
