Your tasks
- Operation, further development and optimization of cantonal time management solutions
- Analysis and implementation of professional requirements in technical solutions
- Collaboration and partial project management in exciting projects around SAP HCM, time management and HR systems
- Advising the Staff Office and other cantonal offices on technical issues
- Coordination of internal departments and external partners
- Participation in the further development of the HR system landscape as part of the digital transformation

Your profile
- Higher education in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification
- Experience in application management or in supporting complex business applications
- Knowledge in the SAP HCM environment, especially time management, is an advantage
- Understanding technical relationships, interfaces and system integration
- Experience in projects and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
