In this responsible role, you ensure the stable operation of our self-developed web and specialist applications and shape their future together with specialist departments, developers and product owners. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Tasks
- Ensuring the stable operation and lifecycle management of our specialist and web applications as well as processing and coordination of incidents, problems and service requests
- Users:inside the specialist department, superusers or employees:inside appreciate your expertise: You support them with application problems and contribute to their ability
- Collaboration in the implementation of changes and further developments in close cooperation with the product owner and developer:
- In addition, you create, update, maintain and manage the necessary documentation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, etc.)
- Support the team with tests, releases and introduction of new features
Requirements
- Completed training in computer science, medical informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in application management, IT operations or a similar environment
- You have a good knowledge of web technologies (.NET applications) and MSSQL and have initial experience in supporting web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.).
