You provide data for flow and thus create real effect. Behind every efficient insurance performance are powerful digital processes. As Application Engineer Syrius you continuously develop our core application Adcubum Syrius and bring intelligent end-to-end automation to the next level. You design transparent, understandable and value-added processes and show real effect with automation.

Together with departments, external partners and your team, you can ensure that our business processes are reliable, efficient and future-proof.

You are involved in shaping health

• you develop and operate end-to-end automation in Adcubum Syrius with a focus on workflows and events
• you analyze technical requirements and implement them by means of parameterization and regulations
• you develop interfaces and automated document processes continuously, also in combination with adjacent systems
• you work in projects for the further development and introduction of new solutions and assume your own responsibilities depending on your experience
• you optimize existing processes continuously, think about it

Cross-system and actively bring in your own ideas

• you can set up a stable operation by means of release, integration and regression tests
• you analyze incidents, coordinate their correction and support our departments as a technical contact
• you develop the technological and processual strategy for Syrius and adjacent systems and implement concrete measures from it
• you share your knowledge in the team and design multidisciplinary standards

This distinguishes you

• computer science studies or comparable training with appropriate professional experience
• multi-year experience in application engineering or in parameterizing business applications
• pleasure in analyzing complex requirements and translating them into practical solutions
• interest in process automation, workflows and workflow-engines (e.g.

Camunda or similar solutions) as well as a good understanding of cross-system relationships

• experience with Adcubum Syrius advantage, but no requirement
• experience in test management, incident management or application support advantage
• knowledge in ailron working methods or project management methods (e.g. scrum, SAFe, HERMES or ITIL) are a plus
• self-employed, structured and solution-oriented method
• Very good German knowledge
