Your heart beats for care? Ours too. We work in specialized teams: The Memory Care Team focuses on accompanying people with dementia and their relatives. Through the specialization you benefit from a professional environment with specific knowledge, exchange of experience and targeted support in this demanding field. In the Somatic Care Team, you support customers with a wide range of somatic diseases and benefit from a broad range of nursing care. So you can use your knowledge in many ways and experience varied situations every day.

YOUR TASKS

• You accompany our customers in their familiar home and support them in making their everyday life as self-determined as possible.
• You take on nursing and supervising tasks and build trusting relationships with customers and relatives.
• You work independently and at the same time you are part of a team that supports each other and exchanges expertise.
• You coordinate closely with nurses as well as other internal and external specialist positions and contribute to a holistic care.
• You document your assignments digitally and ensure a professional flow of information.

You bring with you

• Completed training as a specialist health EFZ (FaGe)
• Joy in dealing with people and caring at home
• Desire for independent work and varied assignments
• Very good knowledge of German
• Openness, responsibility and team spirit
• Ideally, you are preferably on the road with the e-bike and appreciate the independent mobility from customer engagement to customer engagement.
