This is the job
- Creation of offers, presentations and customer-specific documents including preparation of analyses, business cases and decision templates for management
- Support of project managers in the development and implementation of IT solutions in customer projects in the field of digital manufacturing
- Independent collection, documentation and prioritization of technical requirements from the manufacturing departments as well as their translation into clear specifications for IT and digitalization projects
- Participation in workshops including preparation and follow-up of the content, documentation of the results and derivation of concrete recommendations for action together with your team
- Participation in knowledge transfer initiatives, e.g. contributions to publications or internal projects
This job is for you if
- You have a successfully completed university degree, e.g. in information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program, preferably at master level.
- You have gained first professional experience or internships at manufacturing companies or in management consulting.
- You have experience or interest in using AI in transformation projects for measurable customer impact.
- You speak German and English at at least C1 level and have strong communication and presentation skills in the customer context.
- You have a team- and solution-oriented way of working.

- Initial experience in the manufacturing environment, especially in current topics such as MES, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing.
