Despite the reach of the Hirslanden Group, there is a family atmosphere at the Hirslanden Precise site and an extremely close exchange with colleagues on site as well as on a group-wide level. To strengthen our team of the Competence Center in Genetic Medicine, we are looking for a BMA or a laboratory assistant / laboratory assistant for molecular diagnostics.

YOUR TASKS

• Molecular genetic pre- and postnatal analyses (sample acquisition, NGS, Sanger sequencing, MLPA analyses, ctDNA analyses, etc.) according to ISO-accredited quality guidelines
• Work according to SOP specifications
• Documentation of quality-relevant processes
• Support and operation of analysis equipment and automation
• Implementation and evaluation of process-relevant quality control steps, input into quality management
• Evaluation and technical validation of the analysis results
• Support in the administrative area of the team

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. biomed. Analyst/in HF or as Dipl. Biology laboratory (or equivalent training)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of medical genetics are beneficial
• High sense of responsibility and quality as well as very good communication skills
• Good knowledge in dealing with universal computer programs such as Excel, Word, genetic software such as Coffalyser.net, SeqPilot and laboratory information systems
• Strong team spirit and a high degree of concentration at work
• Very good knowledge of German
