• Reception and administrative care of ambulatory and inpatient patients in patient reception
• Recording and recording of patient data in the Navision ERP system
• Examination and investigation of insurance cover for accident insurance and health insurance funds
• Ensuring correct and complete collection of patient data
• Contact persons for patients, relatives and external bodies in administrative matters
• Preparation of Elective Entries
• Email correspondence and other back office activities
• Commercial or medical education or equivalent qualification completed
• Experience in healthcare, especially in the areas of patient admission, administration or secretariat, is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
• Structured and independent work, even in stressful situations
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of social security
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, further language skills are advantageous
