For our service and bill management department, which is affiliated within the Finance division, we are looking for a reinforcement immediately or by agreement temporary in the context of a maternity representation Tasks: • Independent processing and control of administrative tasks in the area of invoicing • Examination and recording of foreign invoices • Processing of inquiries about invoices and administrative concerns • Control and maintenance of patient and case data • Clarifications with internal offices as well as with insurance companies and other external contacts • Assistance in clarifying differences and corrections • General administrative activities and support of the team in day-to-day operations Requirements • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in administration, preferably in health care or in invoicing • good IT user knowledge, ideally experience with a hospital or billing system • very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Exact, structured and reliable working method • Enjoying numbers and administrative tasks • High service orientation and high quality awareness • independent working method and at the same time enjoy working together in a team • Discretion and a responsible handling of confidential data We offer: • Interesting and varied activity with high interdisciplinarity • motivated and collaborative team in billing management • above average social benefits • Central location near Uster railway station • cheap parking - with Parkingpay, max.
