We are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

In a small team, you manage a shopping center in shift operation from Monday to Saturday (06:30 to 20:30). Your responsibilities include the following activities:

• Taking over all infrastructural tasks (e.g. environmental work, winter service, outdoor cleaning)
• General housekeeping work (e.g. change of lamps)
• Emergency exploration and intervention, BMA operation
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Gardening/environment
• Disposal, provision of containers
• Shopping cart service
• Collaboration in the Pikettdienst

Requirements

You describe yourself as a service provider: in the innermost conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. You also bring:

• Completed basic training (operational maintenance, logistics or similar)
• Customer-oriented, efficient and independent working method
• Engaged personality with own initiative
• Driving licence Cat. B
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Good computer user knowledge
• Craftsmanship
• Technical know-how
• They are well-groomed and well-groomed.
