Company and context
- You support the team in the planning, organization and implementation of marketing measures and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
- The coordination and preparation of visits (implementation if necessary), requests for interested parties and the administrative support of the rental process are part of your area of responsibility.
- You take over the maintenance of marketing platforms, CRM systems and databases and ensure the quality and timeliness of the object information
- As the first point of contact, you support communication with interested parties, tenants, owners, builders, marketing partners and other stakeholders.
- You relieve the marketing experts of administrative tasks, appointment organization and the preparation and follow-up of meetings and projects
- With your flexible and solution-oriented approach, you are actively involved in the further development of our marketing processes and the customer journey.
- You have a basic commercial education, ideally supplemented by further education in the real estate sector
- You have already gained professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in real estate marketing or first rental
- Digital affinity as well as in-depth PC and software knowledge you skillfully use in dealing with various systems and marketing platforms
- You work independently, structured and reliable and keep an overview even in hectic situations You communicate stylishly in German; French and/or English are beneficial
