We are looking for a vocational trainer: in care, who leads the practical training of our learners and students professionally, strengthens the team in educational topics and acts as a professional and educational reference person. At the same time, you are part of our shared governance team and actively shape the further development of the station.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • You plan, structure and accompany the practical training of learners and students and support them in their learning process. • You conduct competence and qualification interviews and ensure a clear, traceable learning development • You are the first contact person for educational topics in thoracic surgery and create a motivating, learning-promoting environment in the team • You participate in projects, working groups and further development processes, especially in education and quality development • You work actively in thoracic surgical patient care and are a professional role model in clinical everyday life Requirements • Dipl.
