Full description
The Employment Integration business area of the Social Institutions and Operations service department (SEB) comprises a range of employment integration services for adults and young people. The aim of the programmes is the vocational and social integration of participants.
The JOB PLUS programme is aimed, on the one hand, at young people and young adults who have not found an apprenticeship after leaving school or have discontinued an apprenticeship. On the other hand, it is aimed at young adults and adults who are entitled to an integration measure financed by IV. The services aim to support and promote participants in their (re)integration into the primary labour market.
For the JOB PLUS GP team, we are looking for a dedicated coach as of January 1, 2027, or by agreement.
Responsibilities
- Case management in the various processes, such as the Motivational Semester (RAV) and IV integration measures.
- Coaching participants at various locations throughout Zurich, promoting their key qualifications and social skills through resource-oriented coaching.
- Writing interim and final reports for submission to the commissioning bodies.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal work coaches and vocational trainers, RAV, IV offices, social services, and medical, psychiatric and psychological specialist services to promote sustainable vocational (re)integration.
- Supporting the transition into the primary labour market through the targeted placement of internships and apprenticeships, as well as through the development of other suitable follow-up solutions.
- Participation in working groups/projects of the team, department and business area.
Profile
- A qualification in social work, psychology or a related field; further training (CAS) in coaching or a comparable qualification is desirable
- Experience with IV vocational measures and in the employment integration of young people and adults
- Confident and persuasive demeanour when dealing with clients, employers and authorities, as well as good written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, organisational skills and initiative, as well as good working knowledge of MS Office products
